Web Browser requirements
Administration of your Control Panel requires the following settings for your browser:
- add site to trusted zone,
- enabled JavaScript,
- enabled cookies
Internet Explorer
How to add site to trusted zone
- click "Tools" (for IE7 users: if you don't see Tools click on Alt and Menu Bar will appear)
- select "Internet Options"
- open "Security" tab
- select "Trusted sites"
- press "Sites" button
- remove check mark from "Requires server verification https:// for all sites in this zone." check box
- in the text box enter your organization's site URL and press "Add" button
- press "Close" in "Trusted sites" window
- press "OK" in "Internet Options" window
How to enable JavaScript
- click "Tools" (for IE7 users: if you don't see Tools click on Alt and Menu Bar will appear)
- select "Internet Options"
- open "Security" tab
- press "Custom level" button
- find "Scripting" section in the list and switch "Enable" under "Active scripting"
- press "OK" in "Security Settings" window
- press "OK" in "Internet Options" window
How to enable cookies
- click "Tools" (for IE7 users: if you don't see Tools click on Alt and Menu Bar will appear)
- select "Internet Options"
- open "Privacy" tab
- using slider select "Medium" level
- press "OK"
